HOW IS IT WRITTEN?
Cook Your Mood recipe’s can be broken down into two parts.
Part 1 is outlining all the necessary ingredients alongside their vegan substitutions.
Additionally, we have already pre-calculated all the macronutrients and calorie counts for the given ingredient selection. This way you can decide what to cook based on carb, fat, or protein needs your current diet requires.
Now, Part 2 is making the damn thing!
